Executive Director, Centre for 21st Century Issues (C21st), Ms. Titilope Ngozi Akosa reading the declaration at the Pan-African Climate Justice Alliance gathering which had in attendance several partners including African civil society actors, academia, representatives of women and youth movements, at Sunbird Hotel in Lilongwe, Malawi for an “African Conference on Loss and Damage and Climate Finance”, held from 25th to 29th April 2022.
The conference aimed to consolidate African voices on Loss and Damage and Climate Finance ahead of SBSTA, AMCEN and COP27.
